The Collaboration

Infimobile partnered with us to reimagine its digital presence across its website. The existing experience was traditional, visually dated, and lacked meaningful user engagement. Our goal was to modernize the interface while simplifying complex user journeys for customers. Through a structured, section-by-section redesign, we introduced a contemporary UI, improved usability, and built a cohesive experience across devices.

We also conceptualized new plan offerings for families and students, and established a mascot-led visual system that became a recognizable element of the brand. The result was a more intuitive, engaging, and user-focused platform aligned with Infimobile’s evolving digital vision.

Problem Definition

The challenge was to redesign Infimobile’s outdated digital interfaces into a modern and engaging website experience aimed at increasing its subscriber base. It needed to clearly communicate plans and services while encouraging user interaction.

Opportunities discovered

Modernizing the Digital Identity

The existing interface felt traditional and visually outdated. This presented an opportunity to redefine Infimobile’s digital presence with a contemporary, scalable design language that reflects innovation and builds stronger first impressions.

Improving Web Self-Service Journeys

Core actions such as exploring plans, understanding benefits, and seeking support required excessive effort. This revealed an opportunity to streamline navigation, simplify information architecture, and enable users to independently complete tasks through clearer, guided web journeys.

Designing for Diverse User Segments

With new mobile plans for families and students, there was an opportunity to structure content and journeys around distinct user needs, thereby making plan discovery clearer, more relevant, and conversion-focused.

Humanizing Support Through InfiBot

We introduced InfiBot, a brand character designed to act as a recognizable assistance guide across the platform. Alongside a live “Chat with Us” feature, it created a more approachable support experience, improved user confidence, and established a consistent interaction touchpoint throughout the journey.
