Our partnership with Indiaplays began with a shared ambition — to craft a modern poker platform that felt intuitive, immersive, and built for today’s players. With their deep understanding of the online real-money gaming space and our strength in product design, we worked closely to reimagine the experience from the ground up. From user onboarding and table selection to gameplay interactions and micro-interactions, every touchpoint was thoughtfully designed to reduce friction, enhance trust, and keep players engaged. Being embedded with their leadership and product teams allowed us to align on rapid decision-making, enabling faster iteration cycles — critical in a high-stakes, competitive space like gaming.
Problem Definition
