2025 was wild, of course, in enchanting ways.
We designed some really great things. And looking back, we can say that it was a year of momentum. Of ideas clicking into place, of creativity stretching its legs, and of work that genuinely felt good to put out into the world.
Across industries and problem spaces, we found ourselves asking better questions and designing with sharper intent. This is a look back at the work that shaped our year and the thinking that made it meaningful.
UX Insights from 2025
2025 made a few things very clear about how people use digital products today. So yes, before we get to the projects, let’s talk about patterns.
1. Flow over Features
Users don’t want to figure things out anymore. They expect experiences to guide them easily from start to finish. The strongest work this year removed blockers, anticipated intent, and quietly stayed out of the user’s way.
2. Trust is Something You Feel
Especially in healthcare, diagnostics, and complex platforms, trust is earned. Through calm visuals. Through consistency. Through interfaces that felt steady and reassuring, even when the information underneath was anything but simple.
3. Speed Feels Like Respect
A fast interface doesn’t just work better… but well, it feels better. Responsiveness signals care. It tells users their time matters and that the product is dependable.
4. Design Systems are the Backbone
The most resilient products were built on strong foundations. Thoughtful design systems allowed experiences to stay cohesive, scale smoothly, and evolve without losing their sense of identity.
Our 6 Standout Projects from 2025
Six brands. Six distinct challenges. One consistent design philosophy.
1. Apollo 24/7
Building digital flows for healthcare and diagnostics
Designing for healthcare is designing for moments that matter. In 2025, our work with Apollo 24/7 focused on simplifying complex digital flows, ensuring that users could move seamlessly through critical interactions without hesitation or confusion.
2. Novo Nordisk
Thrilled to be a part of India’s weight loss journey
This project sat at the intersection of science, sensitivity, and scale. Our role was to support a mission-driven digital experience that respects the emotional nuance of health journeys.
3. Ashok Leyland
Designed a fleet management app for efficiency and control
Industrial products demand precision… well, not just in engineering, but in experience. For Ashok Leyland, the focus was on building an interface that brings order to complexity.
4. Hottinger Brüel & Kjær (HBK)
Shaping seamless data acquisition for automotive & aerospace
When your users work with high-stakes data, design has to be incredibly intentional. Our work with HBK revolved around creating interfaces that respect expertise while simplifying interaction.
5. Norton Motorcycles
Crafting global digital UX for a timeless marque
Legacy brands come with legacy expectations. For Norton Motorcycles, the challenge was honoring heritage while delivering a modern digital experience worthy of a global audience. The design language leaned into precision and performance, translating craftsmanship into pixels without losing soul.
6. Luminéve
Crafted the brand identity and packaging design for a Honasa brand
Beauty design is about balance. For Luminéve, we worked on shaping a brand identity and packaging system that feels premium, modern, and unmistakably confident. Every detail mattered. From form to finish, the design reflects quiet luxury with a contemporary edge.
What Learnings We’ll Carry Forward into 2026
Looking back is only useful if it sharpens what comes next. Here’s what 2025 reinforced for us:
- Less interface, more experience
- Stronger foundations beat flashy moments
- Good UX is often invisible, and that’s the point
- Design maturity shows in restraint
- Collaboration beats assumptions
Most importantly, we’re doubling down on design that earns trust, right from first click to long-term use.
Wrapping Up & Looking Ahead
Looking back at 2025, one thing feels clear. This year shaped us as much as we shaped the work.
It challenged us to slow down where it mattered, simplify where it counted, and design with intention across every project. And while this was a look back, it’s really a setup for what’s next.
The questions we asked in 2025 are already influencing how we design in 2026. The lessons are sharper. The standards are higher. And the excitement to build meaningful digital experiences hasn’t gone anywhere.
If you’re thinking about what your product, platform, or brand could become next – let’s talk.
Here’s to designing what’s next!
