Key Responsibilities
At Onething, our website is one of our most important brand touchpoints. It's where our thinking, work, services, and culture come together.
As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and scaling our website through high-quality development and thoughtful implementation. This role goes beyond building pages. You'll own website maintenance, improve performance, support SEO initiatives, manage CMS collections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every interaction reflects the quality of the Onething brand.

- Configure and maintain forms, third-party integrations, analytics, and tracking tools.
- Monitor website performance and proactively recommend improvements to speed, accessibility, and overall user experience.
- Maintain a clean and scalable Webflow project structure using reusable components and best practices.
- Estimate timelines accurately, communicate progress proactively, and document completed work.
