The Collaboration

TraqCheck partnered with Onething Design at a pivotal stage — just ahead of investor conversations and a planned funding round. With a powerful vision centered around AI agents like TRACE and NINA, the team had already built strong technological foundations. However, the website lacked a cohesive design system and user experience that could effectively communicate its value. They approached us to transform their digital presence, right from reimagining their website to designing an agentic product experience for NINA, ensuring it could resonate with both users and stakeholders.

Problem Definition

The challenge was to transform TraqCheck’s fragmented website into an intuitive and cohesive experience for both TRACE and NINA, improving clarity, engagement, and investor readiness within a limited timeframe. This involved designing TraqCheck’s website while simultaneously shaping the agentic product experience for NINA to ensure a seamless and unified user journey.

Elevating the Website as a Differentiator

We identified the website as a critical entry point to position TraqCheck in a crowded AI landscape. By introducing a modern UI and integrating a conversational interface (live interaction with NINA), we transformed the website into an experiential layer while allowing users to engage with the product from the very first touchpoint.

Reimagining AI-Native Product Experience

The existing platform lacked structure and familiarity. We mapped user expectations from leading AI tools and introduced intuitive patterns, such as guided workflows, clear navigation, and familiar interaction models, ensuring users could seamlessly interact with TraqCheck’s agents without a learning curve.

Structuring Recruitment Intelligence with Smart Labeling

To enhance usability within NINA, we introduced a labeling system that allows recruiters to bucket candidates based on priority and intent. This will help users distinguish between high-priority candidates and those worth exploring later.

Humanizing AI Agent Interactions

A key gap was the lack of “intelligence feel” in the product. We redesigned interactions to make agents feel autonomous and responsive, making the experience feel collaborative rather than mechanical.

Enhancing Candidate Evaluation & Platform Clarity

We streamlined the presentation of candidate data by introducing match percentage indicators and structured outputs. Simultaneously, we unified the platform’s overall design, ensuring that all capabilities were clearly surfaced and easy to navigate.
