At Onething, we work on products that shape how people move, invest, learn, and live across industries. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll help define and design these experiences from the ground up. You’ll lead projects end-to-end, from understanding users and mapping flows to crafting interfaces that are functional, elegant, and user-first. You’ll work closely with clients, UX and UI designers, and co-founders to turn ideas into digital products people actually want to use. You’ll also mentor junior designers and shape how we think, build, and grow as a design team.

Lead the design process from research and strategy to interaction and final visuals.
Define product vision, user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and design handoffs.
Collaborate with clients to align design outcomes with business goals.
Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate insights into clear, actionable design decisions.
Advocate for design excellence, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.
Define visual language, interaction states, and detailed behaviour across digital interfaces.
Ensure accessibility, consistency, and pixel-perfect implementation across platforms.
Manage multiple projects while balancing quality and deadlines.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving internal processes, tools, and design culture. Present work with confidence and drive collaborative conversations with clients and internal teams

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.
Proven track record of delivering meaningful and effective digital products.
A strong portfolio that reflects end-to-end product thinking, UX process, and design outcomes.
Proficiency in both UX and UI design from early wireframes to final high-fidelity visuals.
Deep experience working with design systems, UI libraries, and component-based design.
Fluency with tools like Figma, Miro, and usability testing platforms.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfort working in fast-paced, agile product environments.
Ability to guide, mentor, and uplift junior team members.
