Key Responsibilities

At Onething, design shapes how people experience the world around them. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing bold ideas to life and guiding them into visuals that make a lasting impact.
This role is about pushing creative boundaries, mentoring younger designers, and setting the bar for quality and innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with a team that values original thinking, and you’ll see your work influence projects in meaningful ways.

Deliver high-quality creative designs within deadlines across multiple projects.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and produce solutions such as brochures, logos, flyers, digital assets, and marketing collaterals.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
Perform retouching and image manipulation in line with creative requirements.
Create diverse design assets, including infographics, videos, illustrations, micro-sites, and other elements.
Refine existing digital assets to ensure consistency and impact.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand guidelines and attention to detail.

Job requirements

4+ years of full-time experience in graphic design, with strong exposure to BFSI clients.
A portfolio (Behance or equivalent) that demonstrates conceptual thinking, strategy, and execution.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
Patient, composed, and able to perform under pressure.
Clear communicator with experience collaborating with clients and internal teams.
