Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Creative Copywriter with 3+ years of experience in digital or creative spaces. Someone who thinks 'idea first' and writes with intent. Someone who can break down complex briefs, especially in BFSI, and turn them into clear, compelling communication.
You’ll write across CRM, social media, websites, and integrated digital campaigns. From a single line to a full narrative, your copy should feel sharp, intentional, and ensure every piece lands the way it should.

- Write clear, engaging, and insight-led copy for: CRM (emailers, push notifications, SMS, in-app), social media platforms, websites, landing pages, and other digital touch points
- Conceptualise and execute end-to-end campaigns, from ideation and big idea development to final rollout across channels
- Work extensively on BFSI clients, translating complex financial products and services into simple, relatable, and engaging content
- Collaborate with designers and strategists to ensure strong creative conceptualisation and cohesive messaging across all assets
- Decode briefs, understand client requirements, and deliver copy that aligns with business goals, brand voice, and audience insight
- Develop SEO-optimised content that balances performance with creativity and readability
- Understand and maintain consistency in brand tone while adapting messaging across formats and platforms
- Ensure close attention to detail, quality control, and error-free delivery across all communication
- Stay updated with content trends, platform updates, and evolving digital behaviour patterns
