Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

At Onething, we work on products that shape how people move, invest, learn, and live across industries. As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to crafting these experiences across different stages of the design process, from research and flows to wireframes and prototypes. You’ll work closely with senior designers and design leads, learning how to translate product goals into intuitive, user-first solutions.
‍
If you're curious, collaborative, and excited to grow as a designer while working on real impact, this role is for you.

  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other designers to define UX goals and strategies.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, competitor analysis) and turn findings into clear design insights.
  • Create IA, user flows, wireframes, and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes.
  • Participate in design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and client presentations.
  • Help validate designs through usability testing and refine based on feedback.
  • Work with UI designers to translate wireframes into polished, high-fidelity designs.
  • Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across products.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of full-time Product Design experience.
  • A portfolio that reflects your thinking, not just final visuals.
  • Basic knowledge of user research methods and a keen interest in user-centred design.
  • Comfort with design tools like Figma.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
