You’ll work across industries and verticals, helping prospects see how Onething can add strategic value, whether it's improving user experience or enabling digital transformation.

- Identify, connect with, and convert new business opportunities.
- Translate complex business problems into clear design and digital solutions.
- Work closely with design leads to build pitch narratives and design strategy decks that bring ideas to life.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying untapped opportunities.
- Drive consultative conversations with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
- Co-create go-to-market plans with the co-founder for entering new markets and industries, identifying whitespace and building meaningful client relationships.
- Stay sharp on digital trends, transformation journeys, and evolving CX expectations.
