Responsibilities

Management-

• Create project/sprint plan basis bandwidth of team members involved
• Create task lists, split up into sprints
• Collate all files and data for the project, again divided as sprints
• Collate feedback/create an MoM

Coordination-

• With designers while scoping out the project to make sure everyone is comfortable with the timelines
• With different teams to ensure the requirement is met timely
• Coordinate tasks for the team and make working more efficient and effective

Ownership-

• Take charge of kick-off of a project from sending introductory emails to creation of proposal and plan
• Kick off project and gather requirements for initial stage of the project
• Setting up calls/calendar invites for client meetings

Client Communication-

• Continuous communication with the client to maintain transparency and collection of all resources
• Attend client meetings along with leads and summarize client requirements, document it for future use
• Weekly communication of project status to clients along with deliverables for the week (if any) via email

• Ease with leading and working with internal and external teams
• Knowledge of various industries, and being able to interact well with the clients and take them thoroughly with the sales pitch
• Strong interpersonal skills – being comfortable working with CXOs, Directors, designers, alike
• Existing experience in a similar role or domain
