SuprDaily, is a pioneer of the micro-delivery revolution in India. Acquired by Swiggy in 2018, the app champions the idea of daily groceries being delivered at a fixed time everyday. They approached us to solve for various items in the app, including onboarding users to the new delivery model, as well as a subscription flow redesign.

How can we create a clear and effective navigation, whilst still facilitating a large volume of SKUs, and not compromising on visual appeal?

Outcomes Streamlining subscriptions

Redesigning the subscription flow was the principle in cracking a better UX for SuprDaily. We designed a model predicated on the number of deliveries, allowing users to easily opt in-and-out basis their requirements, instead of having to browse a calendar.

Outcomes Mindful categorization

Seeing that 5000+ SKUs needed to be conveniently accessible to the user, at all times, the method in which products were categorized needed to be smarter. With our redesigned flow, anything and everything users needed was never more than a few taps away.

Outcomes Engaging visuals

A fresh, more engaging visual language was established to connect with users on a deeper level. Furthermore, illustrations and interactions were added to humanize the app, while also adding a layer of consistency to user flows.
